This machine carries out the CNC controlled embossing of holograms under clean room conditions. The embossing force is servo controlled with a precision of 0.1 ‰ of the maximum force.
Several hundred coins are on a workpiece. The depth of embossing is less than the wave length of light. Therefore, the stamp and the workpiece surface are in parallel position with an accuracy of 0.3 microns.
