This programmable punching, deep drawing and shearing system with interchangeable tools  inserts and  processes steel profiles for the construction sector .

Punching machine

 

A mechanical gripper feeds up to 12m long sections from a magazine. To fully benefit from the rod length, different lengths of finished parts are stamped from a beam.

The punching machine ejects varying lengths at different positions.
