Cross cutter with pre-adhesive application for end gluing

The cross cutter is part of our winding technology modular system.

We build cross cutters for wide webs with crush cut and shear cut knife cassettes. In the crush cut, the web passes over a hardened shaft and is cut on it. When cutting the shears, the round knife runs along a straight, fixed knife.

The standardized cross-cutters can be easily adapted to your requirements. The cross-cutters can be provided with web drive, web clamping and glue application e.g. for the final sheet glueing.
