Filter assembly machine

Semi-automatic filters in lengths up to 1300 mm are manufactured on this machine.

The system consists of the following modules:

1. Unwind device with work table: fleece is automatically unrolled and cut. The filter mat placement is done manually.

2. Powder coat: An adjustable and precisely dosed amount of powder is applied extensively.

3. Drum: The filter is wound on a support tube and then bandaged with a screen strips. The web tension and winding speeds are adjustable
