Blank Cutting Line

The Platinenanlage (Platinenschneidanlage / Blank Cutting Line) is a turnkey sheet-metal production line that decoils steel/aluminium coil, feeds it through a cross-cutting shear, produces Platinen (blanks - flat pieces of defined length), transfers them on a roller conveyor and finally stacks them on pallets with a KUKA robot. Typical customers: automotive suppliers, white-goods manufacturers, HVAC sheet-metal shops.

Line components

1. Haspel (10 t Decoiler) - feeds coil into the line
2. Coilwagen - coil transport cart
3. Richtmaschine - leveller (flattens the coil tension)
4. Servocrossscissors (CUT143M-1 type) - servo cross-cutting shear
5. Roller conveyor - transports the blank downstream
6. KUKA robot palletizer - stacks finished blanks on pallets
7. Safety enclosure - fence + light curtains for CE compliance

Pricing

Project-based. Priced per configuration (coil width, max blank length, speed, robot payload, line length). KUKA is the standard robot brand for palletising in this line. Branding: Grossmann-integrated version removes supplier logos and adds Grossmann CE + 2D barcode sticker.
