The Hydraulische Presse (Hydraulic Press, optionally with ROTOmove-Werkzeugwechsler) is a heavy-duty hydraulic press for forming, embossing, deep-drawing or stamping sheet-metal blanks. Most interesting configuration at Grossmann: with a ROTOmove 1200 rotary indexing table in the bolster so that tools can be changed while the press continues running.
Technical characteristics
- Frame: welded steel / cast-iron C-frame or H-frame
- Drive: hydraulic (press force customised, typical 50 - 2,000 t)
- Tooling: traversing press-stamping unit (Pressenstempel) or multi-tool turret via ROTOmove
- Safety: light curtains, two-hand control, CE-compliant
