HK130 Hot-Cut Cassette

The Heißschnittkassette HK130 (and the shared-construction HMK 710 hot-shear variant) is a hot-cutting cassette. An electrically heated blade melts the web material at the cut line. Used exclusively for thermoplastic materials (woven/nonwoven synthetics, PP/PE foils, synthetic fabrics) so the cutting edges are sealed and fibres/threads cannot loosen later. Max cutting speed 20 m/min (slow - melting-limited).

Pricing

Counter surface: either Messerwelle with Hartmetall coating or a Hartmetall-Band on a fixed cross beam. Mounted on Kassettenhalter. Controller: 12 V DC dedicated temperature controller (separate electrical cabinet module).

Only for thermoplastics. Non-thermoplastic materials will char but not seal and will damage the blade. Safety: the 600 °C blade is a burn hazard; cassette shell has thermal shielding.
