Decoiler / Uncoiler

The Haspel / Abwickler is a heavy-duty rotary pay-off unit that carries a metal (steel/aluminium) coil and unwinds it under controlled tension into the downstream line (slitter, shear, press, Flexwinder). Standard capacity: 10 tonnes. Construction: green-painted heavy-duty welded frame, powered shaft with hydraulic expansion mandrel, brake, loop control to the next station.

• Motorised with speed-regulated worm gear motor (Mädler range)
• Loading via coil car (Coilwagen)

• Can be combined with Platinenanlage, Schwenkschere, Stanzautomat

Pricing

Project-based (10 t decoiler is a large machine). Always used with Coilwagen, Bahnlaufregler and a downstream machine (press, shear, slitter). Green paint is the Grossmann identification colour for heavy decoiler/haspel machines.
