Beschreibung
The Klapplager ST/FL 22-30 is a heavy-duty hinged bearing that opens like a clamshell so the square journal (Vierkantzapfen) of a dual-side winding shaft can be dropped in / lifted out vertically, without axial disassembly. The bearing then locks shut and transmits the full torque and bending load of the shaft. Safety critical note
Between the square journal and the winding-shaft body there MUST be a cylindrical groove (Nut) dimensioned to Boschert's specification. The VT1 driver disc (Mitnehmerscheibe) fits this groove and is MANDATORY whenever the Klapplager is mounted on a web-guide-regulator slider - otherwise the square journal can be pulled out of the Klapplager, causing unavoidable accidents.
