Web Guide Regulator

The Bahnlaufregler (Bahnkantenregler / Web Guide Regulator) is a closed-loop system that keeps a moving web (paper, foil, nonwoven, thin sheet) perfectly aligned to a target edge position. An edge sensor watches the web edge; a controller compares to setpoint; a slider (Schlitten) or swivel frame moves the web path sideways to correct any drift in real time. Based on Magni Machinery controllers (China) - must be rebuilt as CE-certified using Siemens controllers for the European market.

• Offered in 1-t and 2-t load classes, 80 mm and 150 mm strokes
• "beidseitig" = sliders on both sides of the machine

• Original controller: Magni Machinery EPC-A10 (China)
• CE variant: Siemens PLC/servo replacement (mandatory for EU sales)
• Edge sensor: optical (ultrasonic or infra-red), included in the kit

Safety critical (cross-reference)

When a Klapplager is mounted on a Bahnlaufregler-Schlitten, the VT1 driver disc is MANDATORY to keep the shaft's square journal engaged.

Pricing

Project-based; price depends on slider size, number of stations, controller brand (Magni vs. Siemens), and whether the kit is supplied as parts or as a pre-assembled frame. Production drawings need to be completed; STEP models are provided, but fabrication IDW drawings are still open.
