Description
Combinable web guides are part of the assembly combinations for web-guided and speed-controlled rewinders and unwinders.
Combinable web guides are part of our winding-technology modular system. The web guide control is included in the scope of supply. It can be fitted into the winder control cabinet or into your existing control cabinet, or it is supplied with its own control cabinet.
Web guide assemblies:
- Single-roller pivot guide for a small wrap angle (suitable for webs that are easy to guide).
- Two-roller pivot guide. The wrap angle is about 106°.
- Three-roller pivot guide. The wrap angle is about 212°.
- Rotating-frame guide. The web is shifted directly and reliably between infeed and outfeed, and the outgoing web always keeps the same position.
Web guide assemblies are part of our winding-technology range. The web guide control is included in the scope of supply. If you also order, for example, winders or driven cutting assemblies, we can fit all assembly controls into one control cabinet. Alternatively you can fit the web guide control into your existing control cabinet, or it is supplied with its own control cabinet.
The transparency of your web decides which edge sensor is used.
Web-tension and speed-controlled drives and brakes are part of our modular system. Winding shafts, winding-shaft bearings and web guides can be combined with them as well.
