Single-Side Mounted Winding Shafts

Alternatively we offer you a standard winding shaft from our winding-technology modular system. Please enter your technical data. The program guides you and automatically calculates the winding shaft and assembly suited to you.

The standard scope of supply for these winding shafts includes only the bayonet flange without the flange disc. The flange disc is supplied together with the winding-shaft bearing unit.

The standard winding shafts with bayonet flange described below are part of our modular system. We also supply special winding shafts to your connection dimensions. Please send them to us and you will receive a quotation at short notice.

Winding shafts are part of our winding-technology modular system. It consists of: winding shafts, single- or double-side mounted; bearing units for winding shafts; for single-side mounted winding shafts we offer either an automatic air supply or a valve with compressed-air gun; web-tension- or speed-controlled drives or brakes; web guide controllers; turret winders; duplex winders; cutting systems, from the knife cassette to the slitter and cross cutter with stacker; Flexwinder, a web-processing machine with interchangeable processing stations.

Important: clamping shells are not available for single-side mounting. For core inner diameter d = ø50 mm only steel winding shafts with clamping segments are available. The left bending-moment value applies to steel winding shafts, the right one to aluminium winding shafts.

All winding shafts are available with a steel body and clamping segments. Winding shafts of ø76 (3") and larger are also available with an aluminium body.
