Flexwinder L

The Flexwinder processes paper and film webs. The standard Flexwinder has one or two processing stations for interchangeable modules. These can perforate, punch, print marks, laminate, slit and/or cut the web to length in a single pass. Changing a module takes approximately 10 minutes.

With two stations, two operations can be combined — slitting and cross-cutting, or laminating and perforating, for example — without running the web through the machine a second time.

Infeed and outfeed are configurable as simple unwinders or rewinders, double winders, turret winders, or with a stacker when the web is slit and cut to length.

The required web width is freely selectable. With double-side roll bearings, web widths up to 2,500 mm are standard. Up to 1,600 mm is possible with single-side bearings, depending on roll weight, web tension and core inner diameter.

These modular winders are also the basis for our web processing machines.
