The winding-technology series assemblies are part of a modular system. Complete winders for different loads, web speeds and properties can be assembled from them.

There are three types of cutting systems:

Crush cut

A circular knife rolls on a hard surface. Paper, films, textiles or foams lying on this hard surface, for example, are cut.

Shear cut

When cutting in the web direction, the web to be cut touches knife rings. These are mounted on a driven roller.

Electric shears

Hot cut

Thermoplastic materials can be cut with a hot-cut cassette, i.e. partly or fully melted through by a hot blade.
