Description
Speed- and web-tension-controlled drives and brakes are part of our modular system. It also includes winding shafts with bearing units, web guide controllers including turret winders, and complete web-processing machines.
Enter the roll and core outer diameters, web tension and web speed. The program calculates torque and speed and selects the suitable geared motor.
The prices each include a control cabinet with basic equipment (sheet-steel cabinet, emergency stop, transformer and terminal strips). If you also order, for example, a web guide or a second winder, the control it needs is fitted into this cabinet. An additional assembly therefore costs very little extra: we charge a flat rate of € 50 per additional assembly.
