How to Order
From product to delivery – in nine steps. You only pay after we have confirmed your order.
This English translation is provided for convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.
At present we accept online orders from businesses only.
The ordering process
01Choose or configure a product
Choose a product in our range. Configurable products such as winding shafts, folding bearings or drives are put together directly on the product page – the price is calculated from your configuration.02Add to cart
Add the product to the cart. There you see net amount, VAT, shipping costs and total and can change quantities or remove items.03Checkout
Order as a guest or with your customer account. Enter your billing and, if different, delivery address and check all details in the summary. You can correct everything until you submit.04Submit the order
With the order button you make a binding offer. No payment is required at this point.05Acknowledgement of receiptautomatic
You immediately receive an e-mail that your order has arrived. This is not yet an acceptance.06Review
We check availability, technical data and delivery date. If we have questions, we contact you.07Order confirmationcontract
The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by e-mail. It contains the binding delivery date and the payment details.08Payment
You pay by bank transfer – businesses according to the payment terms in the order confirmation, consumers in advance before shipment.09Shipping
We ship the goods on the agreed date and enclose the invoice or send it by e-mail. Delivery times: “in stock” within 7 working days of the contract or – with prepayment – of payment; made-to-measure winding shafts within 8 weeks of the contract or payment; winding-technology assemblies and machines (businesses only or on quotation): delivery date as per order confirmation. Special sizes, quotations and advice
Not everything can be ordered via the cart. For products with “price on request”, dimensions outside the configurators, assemblies and special machines, request a quotation or technical advice on the product page. We will get back to you with an individual quotation; the contract is concluded by your acceptance or our order confirmation.

Volume pricing
Volume prices apply to some items, e.g. rubber star wheels and cassette holders, from a certain quantity. The tiers are shown on the product page and applied automatically in the cart. For larger quantities we are happy to prepare a quotation.

You can order as a guest. With a free customer account you can view your orders at any time.
