Payment by bank transfer
At present we accept online orders from businesses only.
You do not enter any payment details in the online shop. After submission we review your order and send you an order confirmation with delivery date, total amount and payment details. Our bank details are stated in the order confirmation or invoice.
Please quote the order or invoice number as the payment reference.
Payment terms for consumers
Payment by bank transfer (prepayment): you receive the payment details with our order confirmation. The amount is payable before shipment; we ship the goods once payment has been received.
Payment terms for business customers (§ 14 BGB)
Unless otherwise agreed in the quotation or order confirmation, the following payment terms apply to business customers:

| up to € 5,000 | First order: due upon our notice of readiness for delivery – we deliver immediately after payment. Customers with regular orders always paid on time: within 10 days of delivery. |
| € 5,000 to € 50,000 | 50 % down payment when the order is placed; balance as per order confirmation within 10 days of acceptance at our premises and delivery, or upon notice of readiness for delivery. |
| over € 50,000 | ⅓ down payment when the order is placed, ⅓ after acceptance at our premises, ⅓ after delivery or installation by us (installation at cost). |
Payments are due without deduction; we do not grant cash discounts. The statutory rules apply in case of default.
Invoice and VAT
You receive an invoice showing VAT. In the shop you see the net amount, VAT (currently 19 %, also on shipping: € 29.90 net plus VAT = € 35.58 incl. 19 % VAT), shipping costs and the total before you submit. For deliveries abroad we state the VAT treatment in the order confirmation and invoice. Please direct questions about invoices to info@grossmann.de.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full. Details, including the extended retention of title for business customers: GTC § 8.
