Delivery area
At present we accept online orders from businesses only.
We deliver to businesses at addresses in Germany and the member states of the European Union, to consumers within Germany only. Deliveries to other countries – e.g. Switzerland, the United Kingdom or outside Europe – are possible by agreement. Please write to us at info@grossmann.de before ordering.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import charges may apply, which are borne by the recipient.

Shipping costs are shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order. If higher costs apply to freight items, we tell you before the order confirmation; the contract is then only concluded with your agreement.
Delivery times

For businesses, the delivery date stated in the order confirmation is decisive. With prepayment, the period starts with receipt of payment.
Partial deliveries
If not all items of an order are available at the same time, we may deliver in parts where this is reasonable for you. You incur no additional shipping costs as a result.
Transport damage
- Check the consignment on receipt for externally visible damage and, if possible, have the delivery driver confirm it in writing.
- Please report transport damage as quickly as possible with photos of the packaging and goods to info@grossmann.de.
- Keep the packaging and goods until the matter is resolved.
For consumers: these notes help us assert claims against the carrier. Your statutory rights do not depend on them. For business customers the duty to give notice under § 377 HGB also applies (see GTC § 9).
