Which cookies and browser storage entries we use – and why we do not need a cookie banner.

Strictly necessary only
We do not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies and do not embed advertising or social media services. All entries listed below are required for the functions you use (cart, login, addresses).
Local storage
Some data is kept in your browser’s local storage. It stays on your device; only the cart identifier and – when ordering – the details you submit are sent to the server.

The website language is part of the address (e.g. /de/, /en/); nothing is stored for it.
Legal basis – why there is no cookie banner
Under § 25 (2) no. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG), no consent is required if storage on your device is strictly necessary for us to provide a digital service you have expressly requested. This applies to all entries listed above: cart, login and – if you select it – saved addresses. Further processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. More in the privacy policy.
Deleting cookies and storage
You can delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings (“site data” or “cookies and site data”). Your cart and saved addresses on this device are then gone, and you will need to log in again.
