Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Grossmann GmbH i. Gr., Am Waggonbau 12, 06844 Dessau-Roßlau, Germany, phone: +49 340 85921833, e-mail: info@grossmann.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at /es/widerruf#formular. If you use this online function, we will communicate to you without delay, on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), an acknowledgement of receipt with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (Grossmann GmbH i. Gr., Am Waggonbau 12, 06844 Dessau-Roßlau, Germany) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).

In our range this applies in particular to:

• Single-sided and double-sided winding shafts made with the clamping length entered by you and, where applicable, a special sleeve diameter;
• Clamping beams made to the length you specify and, where applicable, with a special hole pattern to your dimensions;
• Knife shafts / cutting rollers with the shaft length you specify;
• Special machines, assemblies and other custom builds manufactured to your individual dimensions or specifications.

Standard stock items without individual configuration – e.g. spare knives, knife cassettes, knife rings, cassette holders, rubber star wheels, the HK130 hot-cut cassette and the standard bearing type 30 – can be withdrawn by consumers. Folding bearings, standard bearing units, speed-controlled drives and web guides in the standard versions offered can also be withdrawn. In case of doubt, we will tell you before the order confirmation whether the exclusion applies.

With this function, consumers can withdraw from a contract concluded with us online during the withdrawal period. Click “Withdraw from contract”, enter your name, your e-mail address and the order number (or the goods concerned) and confirm with “Confirm withdrawal”. You immediately and automatically receive an acknowledgement of receipt with the content, date and time of your withdrawal by e-mail.

Please announce returns briefly by e-mail and, if possible, return the goods in their original packaging so that we can allocate them quickly. This is not a condition for the validity of your withdrawal.
