Participation in dispute resolution proceedings
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

EU online dispute resolution platform
The European Commission’s former online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and no longer exists. A reference to it is therefore no longer required.
